The money we raise all goes toward supporting the most vulnerable people. At the start of this foundation we aimed our efforts toward providing food, shelter, medical care, and education to those impoverished in Iraq. As we continue to do so, we have also been blessed with the opportunities to help and support individuals all over the world when they are in need. This is all because of all the people who have made donations and volunteered their time. Please have a look at some of the work we have done below. We encourage you to donate what ever you can.
Every year we help more than 250 families in Iraq, Lebanon, and Jordan with living necessities. This includes helping over 200 impoverished children in these areas attend school.
We also have many missions in Canada, like providing over 200 meals for the homeless in Toronto and Hamilton every 2 weeks.

Our Stories
Sahar Koki
Sahar Koki is a young lady, She was temporarily residing in Turkey, away from home and waiting for a refugee settlement in Canada. During this time, she got sick and lost her ability to move. She was diagnosed with a mass in her spine that put her at a great risk of complete paralysis. Her family asked MTDMF for immediate and urgent help. The medical report was translated from Turkish to English and a Neurologist in Canada was consulted to confirm the medical urgency. The cost for the surgery was $25,000 US and immediate funding was needed. The surgeon felt that the family is in a great need and due to Sahar's young age and financial situation he dropped the fee to $10,000 US. MTDMF was able to contribute half of the cost and helped to make a difference in Sahar's well-being and future.
St. Joseph Center
Maryan the Divine Mercy Foundation is involved in not only putting mentally and physically challenged children in school, but also equipping the schools where these children study, so that children can have access to quality education that meets their individual need.
Maryan the Divine Mercy Foundation also provided the funds for the purchase of a school bus for the St. Joseph Center, to transport the children to and from the Center.
We carry out different fund raising events all throughout the year.
Our programs reach both children, the Elderly and those working to save and improve their lives, including parents, caregivers, community members and members of our partner organizations.
